Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen, pantry, and service areas.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and cookware.
Ensure proper storage of kitchen equipment and supplies.
Assist kitchen and service staff with operational requirements as needed.
Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage disposal areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Support the team during events, banquets, and peak business hours.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Adaptable to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
