Job Role: - Pre-Sales and Project Business Analyst
Experience: - 3 to 5 Years

Work Location: - Pune
Working days: - 5 days working

Roles & Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Activities -
Analyze RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, Tender Documents and Bid Requirements.
Conduct requirement analysis and gap analysis.
Develop functional solution approaches.
Support technical proposal preparation.
Participate in client presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare effort estimations and functional scope documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Delivery and Technical teams.

Business Analysis -
Conduct requirement gathering workshops.
Document Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Assist in Creating Use Cases, User Stories and Process Flows.
Perform Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis.

Project Support -
Support development teams during implementation.
Conduct UAT sessions with clients.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Documentation & Communication -
Prepare MOMs, Documents and Specifications.
Draft client communications and reports.
Prepare presentations and executive summaries.
Maintain project documentation repository.





Stakeholder Management -
Coordinate with clients, project managers, developers, QA teams and management. Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making.
Drive project discussions toward closure.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in BE - IT / CSE, BBA (Finance)
Master’s degree in MCA, MBA (Finance)
If other: CA Inter, CMA Inter Training / Project / Certifications: ERP Certification, Business Analysis Certification, CBAP / ECBA, Agile Business Analyst Certification preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
