Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate post-purchase customer support and order follow-ups.
Manage document collection, verification, and submission processes.
Liaise with customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal departments.
Track order status and ensure timely updates to customers.
Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities.

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and Email communication (mandatory).
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Order Processing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
