Job Description — Senior Architect

Position: Senior Architect
Location: Nagpur Office | Hyderabad Upcoming Office
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience
Experience: 5–10 years
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution.
Prepare and review architectural, working and construction drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
Manage project timelines, drawings and deliverables.
Guide and supervise junior architects and design team members.
Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.
Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
Review materials, finishes and construction details.
Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
Ensure quality and accuracy of architectural work.

Candidate Requirements
B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
Knowledge of Hospitals




5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit, SketchUp and 3D software preferred.
Good understanding of construction drawings, materials and site execution.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently handle projects and lead a team.
Must be willing to travel between Nagpur and Hyderabad and to other project locations as required.
Candidate should be adaptable to work from the Nagpur office initially and support the upcoming Hyderabad office.

We are looking for a senior, responsible and technically strong architect who is comfortable with travel and can take ownership of projects, coordinate with clients and consultants, lead the design team, and support the company's expansion into Hyderabad.
