Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 8–10 years of qualified expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business planning and decision-making.
Supervise junior accountants and provide mentorship to strengthen the finance team.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in accounting workflows.

Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Solid communication and leadership abilities.
