Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Performance/Paid Marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
Mandatory experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Solid knowledge of paid media strategy, execution, optimization, bidding, and analytics.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for campaign optimization and efficiency.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and solid analytical skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications are preferred.

Hands-on Experience With
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Bing/Microsoft Ads.
GA4, GTM & Looker Studio.
Performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS & ROI.
Medium to large campaign budgets and attribution models.

Scope of Work Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid campaigns end-to-end.
Develop cross-channel strategies, budget forecasts, and growth plans.
Use AI and automation to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
