Job Title: Computer Operator
Department: Administration / Office
Location: Shantikunj, Near Basant Kunj, Arera Colony Bhopal MP.
Reporting To: Manager / Office In-charge

Job Responsibilities
Operate and maintain computers, printers, scanners and other office equipment.
Enter, update and maintain office data accurately in MS Word, MS Excel and other software.
Prepare letters, reports, tables, statements and other official documents.
Maintain digital and physical records and files.
Handle printing, scanning, photocopying and document formatting.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, data reports and basic calculations.
Manage emails, online applications, document uploads and downloads.
Ensure proper backup and safe storage of important computer data.
Coordinate with office staff for timely preparation and submission of documents.




Perform other computer-related and administrative work as assigned by the management.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of email and online government/office portals.
Positive document formatting and data-entry skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of office records.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Preferred: Computer Diploma/Certificate (DCA/PGDCA or equivalent)
Experience: 1–2 years preferred. Freshers with good computer knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
