Job Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, Trendyol, Carrefour, and other marketplaces.
Create, update, and maintain product listings, catalogues, SKUs, ASINs, images, content, and keywords.
Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, Accounts, and Category teams.
Manage pricing, promotions, discounts, inventory, orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Monitor listing accuracy, product visibility, ratings, reviews, and marketplace performance.
Track SKU sales and inventory trends and support sales and profitability improvement.
Resolve marketplace-related issues, claims, catalogue errors, and disputes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly E-commerce reports.

Marketplace & Order Management – Timely and accurate order processing, dispatch, returns, and claims.
Catalogue Management – Accurate and updated product listings, SKUs, and catalogue content.
Inventory, Pricing & Promotions – Maintain stock availability and accurate pricing/promotional activities.




Marketplace Performance & Growth – Improve sales, visibility, conversion, ratings, and SKU performance.
Reporting & Coordination – Timely reporting and effective cross-functional coordination.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
