PG Manager – Bangalore

We are looking for a hands-on PG Manager to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our PG and ensure high occupancy, happy residents and smooth property operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Occupancy: Drive enquiries, follow-ups, site visits and conversions to keep the PG fully occupied.
Resident Experience: Ensure a high level of customer delight, promptly resolve resident issues and maintain a welcoming setting.
Repairs & Maintenance: Take ownership of day-to-day maintenance, repairs, housekeeping standards and coordination with external vendors.
Staff Management: Manage and supervise kitchen and housekeeping staff, including attendance, performance and daily work allocation.
Property Operations: Ensure the PG is clean, well-maintained, protected and running smoothly every day.
Collections & Discipline:



Follow up on rent/dues and ensure residents follow PG policies and processes.

Ideal Candidate
2–5 years of experience in PG, hostel, hotel, coliving, serviced apartments or similar operations.
Strong people-management and communication skills.
Sales-oriented and comfortable speaking to prospective residents and closing admissions.
Hands-on, responsible and capable of independently running a property.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and digital tools.
Two-wheeler preferred.

Compensation: ₹XX,000–₹XX,000 + incentives/accommodation as applicable

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
