Job Title: Zone Head – Sales

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderbad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, NCR

We are looking for an experienced Zone Head – Sales to drive business growth and develop the market across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned zone.
Develop current markets and build a strong sales pipeline.
Generate and close project and B2B sales opportunities.
Build relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, architects, builders and corporate clients.
Develop and manage business through dealers and channel partners.




Drive opportunities from lead generation through sales closure.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of closed projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
4+ years of experience in field sales.
Robust background in HVAC and ventilation-related sales.
Experience selling solutions such as Ventilation Systems, AHU, FAHU, Fresh Air Systems, Air Handling Solutions or other HVAC-related products.
Experience in Project Sales, Technical Sales or B2B Sales.
Experience working with MEP consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Experience in channel/dealer development will be an added advantage.
Ability to build a new market, develop a robust sales pipeline and close projects.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
