Role Overview: Runs a specific kitchen station (e.g., saucier, pastry, butchery) and steps up for management tasks in the head chef's absence.
RESPONCIBLITIES;
Supervise and coordinate food production and presentation on an assigned station.
Train, guide, and evaluate junior staff and Commis chefs.
Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene rules in the workspace.
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize kitchen waste
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
