We are looking for a Billing Executive who can independently handle day-to-day billing, packing, purchase/sales order documentation, pick lists, and related commercial activities.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, computer-friendly, and comfortable working with multiple customers, parties, and product/order documents.

Key Responsibilities
Generate customer invoices and packing slips.
Prepare and update pick lists.
Generate and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales POs.
Prepare and maintain PT files as per company requirements.
Generate e-way bills and other dispatch-related documents.
Update packing and invoice details accurately.
Verify party name, order details, quantity, product details and rates before document generation.
Maintain proper records of invoices, packing slips, POs, pick lists and PT files.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Production and Dispatch teams.




Handle documentation for multiple customers/parties simultaneously.
Ensure all documents are generated and updated within the required timeline.
Maintain daily work records and reports.

Required Skills
Previous experience in Billing / Commercial / Sales Coordination / Documentation.
Good knowledge of Invoice, Packing Slip, PO and Pick List preparation.
Experience with e-way bill generation is preferred.
Valuable MS Excel and computer skills.
Knowledge of ERP / billing / inventory software will be an advantage.
Valuable typing speed and data accuracy.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple orders and documentation simultaneously.
Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
