Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Telecallers)

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order processing.
Maintain customer data, call records, and follow-up details.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
Prepare and share regular reports related to calls, leads, and sales activities.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

Required Skills:




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally over the phone.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate with positive communication skills.

Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
