Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IP Quality Control qualified with 5–10 years of experience in the food industry. The role will be responsible for monitoring food products and manufacturing parameters directly on the production line to ensure food safety, quality, consistency, and compliance before final packaging.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of food quality standards, in-process quality control, production processes, and food safety systems.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor in-process food products and manufacturing parameters directly on the production line.
Conduct routine quality checks at various stages of production to ensure products meet defined specifications.
Verify critical process parameters such as temperature, time, pH, moisture, weight, viscosity, appearance, texture, and other product-specific parameters.
Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, quality standards, specifications, and food safety requirements.
Perform sampling and inspection of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products as required.
Identify quality deviations, non-conformities,



and process abnormalities and immediately communicate them to the concerned teams.
Ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented for quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of in-process inspections, test results, deviations, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D;, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, GMP, and personnel practices on the production floor.
Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and quality standards.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required quality records and information.
Conduct verification of metal detector, weighing systems, temperature monitoring devices, and other critical control equipment, wherever applicable.
Assist in investigations related to customer complaints, product deviations, and process failures.
Promote a robust quality and food safety culture across the production floor.
Ensure that products meet required quality parameters before release for final packaging.
