About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Bakery & Pastry Chef to manage and execute high-quality bakery and dessert operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in pastries, cakes, desserts, and production management while maintaining consistency and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Manage daily bakery production.
Maintain inventory and control wastage.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.




Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.

Requirements
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry production.
Valuable knowledge of baking techniques, desserts, and confectionery.
Creative with solid attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Bakery certification preferred.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
