Real Estate Catcher – Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment needs.
Qualify leads and identify potential buyers/investors.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and available inventory.
Generate and convert leads into qualified site visits and sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Field Sales Team for scheduled site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure timely lead closure.
Update lead status, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM/Excel.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets for calls, lead qualification, follow-ups, and site visits.
Build solid customer relationships and provide a qualified customer experience.
Keep updated with project specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
