We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progresses as per schedule
Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety standards
Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
Handle in office issues, conflicts, and emergencies effectively
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
Inspect work regularly and report progress to management
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2–7 years of experience in construction/site supervision
Robust knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to read drawings and technical documents
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
Preferred Skills:

Communication and coordination skills
Time management and multitasking
Knowledge of local building regulations
