Talent Scroll is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive (Interiors) to join our client’s growing interior design business.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary / Stipend: ₹1 Lakh – ₹3 Lakhs + Incentives & Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities in the interior design industry
Identify and convert potential clients into projects
Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, architects, builders and other industry specialists
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a solid sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management

Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture,



Construction or related industries
Strong understanding of the interior design market and client acquisition
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Target-oriented, self-motivated and commercially driven
Ability to handle premium clients and high-value projects
Strong knowledge of Mumbai's interior/design market will be an advantage

What We Offer

₹1 Lakh – ₹3 Lakhs + Attractive Incentives & Commission based on experience and performance.
