Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and other public areas.
Assist Room Attendants with cleaning and servicing guest rooms.
Deliver and collect linen, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
Replenish housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
Assist with moving furniture, beds, mattresses, and other housekeeping equipment when required.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security standards.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
Support the housekeeping team during busy periods and special events.
Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Good communication and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of basic housekeeping procedures is an advantage.
