Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Noida Sector 15. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support employee engagement activities.
Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
Prepare basic HR reports and documentation.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology,



or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
