VMC Operator cum Programmer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator cum Programmer to handle CNC/VMC machine programming, setting, and operation for precision components and tooling.

Key Responsibilities
Create, modify, and execute CNC programs for VMC machines.
Set tools, work offsets, fixtures, and jobs as per drawings.
Operate VMC machines and ensure accurate, defect-free machining.
Read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.;
Select suitable cutting tools and optimize machining parameters.
Perform in-process and final inspection using precision measuring instruments.
Identify and resolve machining, tooling, and dimensional issues.




Maintain machine, tool, program, and production records.
Follow quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, Tool & Die, or equivalent.
2–3 years of hands-on VMC programming and operating experience.
Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls, G-code/M-code, and CNC tooling preferred.
CAD/CAM knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
