We are hiring an CS Compliance Trainee to assist with company and LLP compliance-related work. The candidate will support ROC filings, company incorporation, annual compliance, document preparation, and other MCA-related activities. Freshers with commerce background and interest in compliance work can also apply.
Responsibilities:
ROC filing assistance
Company & LLP incorporation support
Annual compliance documentation
MCA portal related work
Preparation of resolutions and basic compliance documents
Client coordination and document collection
MS Excel and office documentation work
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Commerce background
Basic knowledge of MCA & ROC compliance preferred
MS Excel knowledge preferred
Positive communication and documentation skills
Freshers can apply

Pay: From ₹4,000.00 per month
