We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing Executive with solid experience in LinkedIn marketing, content creation, personal branding and B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage company and founder LinkedIn profiles.
Create engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, carousels and thought-leadership content.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Research trending topics related to Technology, AI, Digital Transformation, Business, Finance and M&A;.
Build founder and company personal/brand presence on LinkedIn.
Increase relevant followers, connections, engagement and profile visibility.
Identify potential customers and decision-makers using LinkedIn & Sales Navigator.
Support LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead-generation campaigns.
Manage other social platforms when required.
Track content performance, engagement and lead-generation results.




Use AI tools effectively for content research, ideation and marketing.

Required Skills
2–4 years of Social Media/Digital Marketing experience.
Solid LinkedIn marketing and content-writing skills.
Excellent written English and communication.
Understanding of B2B marketing and personal branding.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
Basic Canva/design knowledge.
Familiarity with AI content and marketing tools.
Creative, research-oriented and able to work independently.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands how to use LinkedIn + Content + Personal Branding + Networking to build brand authority and generate real business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
