We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide information about products, services, processes, and policies.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.
Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improving service quality.




Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior experience in customer care, telecalling, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
