Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring professionals for Engineering, Construction, MEP, Manufacturing, Industrial, Infrastructure, and Project-based organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
Ensure timely closures and meet hiring targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Required Skills




Robust experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Excellent sourcing and screening capabilities.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with recruitment portals and ATS systems.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
4–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.

Pay: ₹10,193.26 - ₹42,252.94 per month
