Job Responsibilities
Develop a solid understanding of products and leverage that for our customers.
Responsible for driving the vision and requirements of our product roadmap.
Work with Project Managers and the Delivery team to ensure the product is executed properly.
You will work cross functionally with many Greendarts departments including our Delivery and Customer Success Team.
Build relationships and work closely with team members to provide and prioritize external requirements.
Required Skillset
5+ years of software product management experience for a software product company.
Experience wo?rking cross-functionally with Engineers, Project Managers, and Customers Success Managers.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience working with Government Consulting firms.
Knowledge of SaaS model.
