Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Maintain proper records in the visitor and security registers.
Conduct regular rounds of the factory premises and ensure security at all designated areas.
Monitor gates, parking areas, and other critical locations.
Verify incoming and outgoing materials and vehicles as per company procedures.
Report any suspicious activity, security breach, theft, damage, or emergency situation immediately to the concerned supervisor/HR.
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with factory security rules.
Assist during emergencies, fire incidents, accidents, or other unforeseen situations.
Ensure proper handover of duties between shifts.
Follow instructions given by the Security Supervisor and Management.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the security post.
