Position: PRT Mother Teacher
Grades: Grade 1 & 2
Department: Primary Section
Location: Anand Niketan Maninagar, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Grade 1 & 2 students.
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and basic General Awareness as assigned.
Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Monitor students’ academic progress, behaviour, and overall development.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments, and maintain required records.
Provide individual attention and support to students as needed.
Develop students’ communication, social, emotional, and life skills.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ progress and concerns.
Coordinate with subject teachers, coordinators, and school management.
Ensure classroom discipline,



safety, hygiene, and proper routines.
Participate in school events, activities, meetings, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent primary teaching qualification.
Relevant PRT/Primary teaching experience preferred.
Robust communication and classroom-management skills.
Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly approach.
Ability to use activity-based and experiential teaching methods.
Basic computer/digital teaching skills.
Freshers with positive communication and teaching skills may also be considered

Pay: ₹10,800.00 - ₹25,800.00 per month
