We’re looking for a Visualizer who loves ideas as much as visuals.

Someone who can take a random thought from a Copywriter, a half-baked idea from a Creative Director, or a scribble on a piece of paper—and turn it into something people can actually see and get excited about.

If you enjoy brainstorming, sketching, playing around with visual references, creating mood boards, building pitch decks, and bringing campaign ideas to life, you might be the person we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

? Turning Ideas into Visuals

- Take creative briefs, taglines and campaign ideas and turn them into interesting visual concepts.
- Create key visuals, layouts and campaign directions that make an idea stand out.
- Explore different visual routes and bring your own creative thinking to the table.

? Bringing Stories to Life

- Create storyboards, mood boards, visual references and pitch decks for TVCs, digital films and campaigns.
- Help the team show clients what an idea could look and feel like before it becomes a finished piece of work.
- Think beyond a single visual and build a visual story around an idea.

? Work With Creative People

- Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Art Directors and Account Teams.
- Jump into brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas—not just visuals.
- Challenge ideas, build on them and have fun finding that “aha!” moment.





? Think Across Platforms

A good idea shouldn't live in just one format.

You’ll get to think about how an idea can come alive across:

- Instagram & social media
- Digital campaigns
- Websites
- Print
- Outdoor / OOH
- Billboards
- Videos & films
- Pitch presentations

You should be really comfortable with:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Bonus points if you know your way around:

- Figma
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- AI visualisation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar tools

You don't need to know everything. But you should be curious enough to keep learning.

? Your Creative Mind

We'd love someone who:

- Thinks visually
- Is curious and loves exploring ideas
- Can turn a thought into a visual quickly
- Enjoys brainstorming with others
- Can work comfortably with tight deadlines
- Isn't afraid to try something unusual
- Keeps an eye on advertising, pop culture, trends and what's happening around them

Education

A degree or diploma in Applied Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field is great.

But if your portfolio is strong and you know your craft, we're happy to look beyond the degree.

Most importantly...

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to make things look positive.

We're looking for someone who sees an idea and immediately thinks:

“Okay… but what if we show it like THIS?”
