Looking for Legal & Engineering Recruiters - US Staffing

We are expanding our #recruitment team and looking for motivated recruiters with experience in U.S. Staffing/Recruitment .

⚖️ Legal Recruiter:

n

Responsibilities:

n

• Recruit Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants & other legal professionals

n

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & Boolean Search

n

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls

n

• Understand U.S. legal practice areas and client requirements

n

• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews

n

Preferred: Experience with U.S. Legal Recruitment and knowledge of legal terminology/practice areas.

n

⚙️ Engineering Recruiter :

n

Responsibilities:

n

• Recruit Engineering & Technical professionals for U.S. clients

n

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search & job boards

n

• Work on Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Automation, Controls & related roles

n

• Screen candidates and assess technical qualifications

n





• Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews

n

Preferred: Experience with U.S. Engineering/Technical Recruitment and familiarity with engineering terminology.

n

n

What We’re Looking For

✅ U.S. Staffing/Recruitment experience

n

✅ Robust sourcing and Boolean Search skills

n

✅ Excellent communication and follow-up skills

n

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

n

✅ LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus

n

n

Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad

n

Shift: 7PM to 4AM IST

n

n
