Roles & Responsibilities – Executive R&D; (PE Colour)
Develop and test recent PE Colour Masterbatch products.
Perform colour matching and prepare accurate colour matching reports.
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to colour masterbatches.
Maintain ISO documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Monitor processing parameters and support continuous product improvement.
Ensure compliance with IMS, safety, and company procedures.
Conduct pigment testing and product performance evaluations.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for successful product development.
Support technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Train team members on safety practices and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
B.E. Chemical / Diploma in Plastic Technology / CIPET qualification.
12+ years of experience in pigment testing and colour matching.
Solid knowledge of colour masterbatches, processing parameters, and customer complaint handling.
Experience in colour matching and ISO documentation.
CIPET membership is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
