We are looking for a goal-driven Interior Sales Executive to drive business growth by consulting with homeowners, architects, and corporate clients. In this role, you will convert inquiries into closed projects by analyzing client requirements, proposing suitable design solutions and materials, and managing the end-to-end sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on inbound inquiries, conduct showroom presentations, and generate leads by networking with architects, real estate developers, and contractors.
Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their spatial needs, design preferences, timelines, and budgets.
Proposal & Pitching: Collaborate with 3D designers and technical teams to prepare pitch decks, space layouts, material boards, and cost quotations.
Negotiation & Closing: Walk clients through proposals, resolve objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
Site Visits & Handover:



Perform initial site visits for measurements and coordinate with project management and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff upon sale.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-sales client relationships to encourage repeat business and client referrals.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in interior design sales, modular furniture sales, architectural products, or real estate.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of space planning, floor plans, wood/metal/finishes materials, modular kitchens, or high-end decor.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, consultative pitching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
