Position: Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Ensure all electrical work is carried out according to safety standards and company procedures.
Monitor daily work of electricians and technicians.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate corrective actions.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and reports.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or supervision.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, motors, and safety regulations.
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
Valuable leadership and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.

Team management and coordination.
Solid communication skills.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
