Branch In-Charge – Job Description

Position: Branch In-Charge

Department: Sales & Operations

Reports To: Management / Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall day-to-day branch operations.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team.

Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and complaints.

Ensure proper product display and showroom cleanliness.

Coordinate with Purchase, Inventory, Accounts and Delivery teams.

Monitor stock availability and report shortages.

Ensure timely billing, collections and payment follow-ups.

Prepare daily/weekly sales and branch performance reports.

Maintain staff attendance, discipline and work allocation.

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.





Develop valuable relationships with customers and improve repeat business.

Take responsibility for overall branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Valuable communication and leadership skills

Sales and customer-handling experience

Team management ability

Basic computer knowledge

Target-oriented and responsible

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience in showroom/interior materials sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
