We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to drive retail and online sales for our sweet shop.

Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
Manage online orders through Online Sales platforms.
Increase sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.
Ensure timely order processing and coordination with the kitchen team.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and an organized shop setting at all times.
Replenish stock and ensure products are attractively displayed.
Handle customer feedback and maintain high ratings on online platforms.
Monitor daily sales, inventory, and store operations.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality sales.
Good spoken English and solid communication skills.




Familiarity with Online Sales platforms, POS/billing systems, and basic computer skills.
Punctual, dedicated, and committed to work with a solid sense of responsibility.
Regular attendance is essential. Unplanned or uninformed leave is not acceptable except in genuine emergencies.
Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on weekends and during festive seasons.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
