Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
Schedule meetings and product demos between prospective clients and the Account Executive/Sales team.
Attend internal sales meetings, client meetings, and training sessions to understand products, sales strategies, and customer requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential customers.
Update and maintain accurate lead information, meeting notes, and sales activities in the CRM.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve business goals.
Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate the company's products and solutions.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
Track daily activities, maintain sales reports, and share progress updates with the reporting manager.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors,



and market developments.
Achieve individual lead generation and meeting booking targets.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree (MBA/BBA graduates preferred).
Candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confident in speaking with clients over phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a quick-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
