X-Gen College of Visual Art is seeking an academically focused Sculpture Instructor to teach theory-based classes and guide students in the conceptual and academic foundations of sculpture.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver theory classes on sculpture, form analysis, and sculptural history.
Teach material properties and applications of clay, wood, stone, metal, fiber, POP, and terracotta.
Guide students in conceptual sketching and sculpture planning.
Support students in portfolio development and research projects.
Conduct assessments, assignments, and academic evaluations.
Introduce modern sculptural trends and industry practices.
Create engaging presentations and lecture materials.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of sculpture theory and history.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of anatomy,
materials science, and structural principles.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualifications
BVA/BFA/MVA/MFA (Specialisation in Sculpture).
1–2 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
Salary & Perks
Up to ₹25,000 per month.
