Drive coordination with logistics, operational partners, and carriers to transparent blockers, proactively flagging delays and clearance exceptions before clients chase you.

Lead onboarding for current clients — portal navigation, booking generation, and first-shipment success.

Sharpen CSAT and FCR performance quarter over quarter through root-cause analysis, process fixes, and clean, audit-ready query logs.

Own Customer Success for all major Remote/Jaipur accounts, protecting retention and resolving invoice, billing, and weight/dimension disputes fast.

Scale post-sales support coverage to all longtail accounts outside Rajasthan, building a repeatable support model that grows with the account base.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
