Compensation:
Freshers: ₹18,000 In-Hand + Unlimited Incentives
Experienced (1–2 Years): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand + Incentives
Loan / Insurance Sales Experience: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Shift Timings: Day Shift | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 Days Off per Month)

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell banking products and financial services to prospective customers.
Proactively generate leads, expand customer outreach, and drive sales conversions.
Build, maintain, and nurture strong, positive customer relationships.
Achieve designated monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales and lead pipeline records.
Ensure end-to-end process adherence and deliver quality customer service during the onboarding process.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (1–2+ years in banking/finance, loan,



or insurance sales preferred).
Education & Eligibility: Graduate in any stream. (2026 pass-outs can apply with 5th-semester online marksheet. Maximum Age: 32 Years).
Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Skills: Sales acumen, customer relationship management, lead generation, target orientation, and convincing skills.
Availability: Immediate joiners / Early availability preferred.
