Webchefz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development / Solutions & Growth Consultant with experience in B2B IT/Technology Sales, consultative selling, and solution-based business development.

The ideal candidate should be able to research target accounts, understand client requirements, conduct discovery, identify opportunities, and work with technical teams to propose suitable IT and AI solutions.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in B2B Business Development, IT Sales, Technology Sales, Solution Consulting, or a similar field.
Solid understanding of IT/software services and digital solutions.
Experience with consultative selling and client discovery.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Sales Navigator.
Strong account/prospect research skills.
Basic understanding of solution architecture and software development.




Experience in proposal preparation and sales presentations.
Comfortable using AI tools for research, personalization, proposals, and sales automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
