Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing records, patient files, and documentation.
Follow infection control, medication safety, and patient safety protocols.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff regarding patient care.
Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, procedures, and after-care.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a secure setting in the nursing area.
Follow hospital policies, NABH guidelines,



and standard nursing practices.

Required Skills
Good clinical and patient-care skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Valuable knowledge of nursing procedures and infection control.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
Basic computer and documentation skills.

Eligibility
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration.
Relevant hospital experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
