Have the ability of robust follow up about the status of instruments issued on shop floor.
Review the product layout results & submit the report to the Quality head.
To ensure proper Instruments & gauges issued on each line.
have the skill to plan, conduct & review MSA study.
Ensure the Gauges & fixtures use in the shop floor are callibrated.
Review the callibration certificates receied from outside agencies.
Review the Corrective & Preventive actions as per the Standard Room requirements.
