Reporting to: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support overall finance operations. The candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and basic financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes, and purchase entries.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment and billing issues.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and expense statements.
Support during audits and financial documentation processes.




Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

Required Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation basics.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice processing.
Good command over MS Excel and accounting software like Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
Additional certification in accounting or taxation will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance department.
Experience in handling daily accounting operations independently.
Familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
Positive analytical and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
