We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Hairstylist to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and premium hair treatments while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest salon standards. The Senior Hairstylist will play a key role in creating personalized client experiences, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to salon revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional hair services including:
Haircuts and styling
Hair coloring, global color, highlights, balayage, ombré, and fashion colors
Hair spa, keratin, botox, smoothening, rebonding, and scalp treatments
Hair ironing, curls, and occasion styling
Conduct qualified consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and home-care products.
Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and ensure every client enjoys a premium salon experience.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, products, and fashion styles.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of the workstation and salon.
Recommend and upsell retail products and salon services to increase client satisfaction and revenue.




Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Assist in mentoring junior hairstylists and trainees when required.
Handle client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow all salon protocols, SOPs, safety standards, and appointment schedules efficiently.

Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Senior Hairstylist in a premium or luxury salon.
Expertise in advanced coloring and chemical treatments.
Strong knowledge of haircare products and current beauty trends.
Excellent communication and consultation skills.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury salon environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-focused approach.
Certification or professional training in hairstyling is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
7–15 years of professional salon experience.
Experience handling VIP or premium clientele.
Knowledge of international hair trends and techniques.
