The capacity to handle a high number of files which require quick turnaround time towards resolution. N

The ability to multi-task as needed in day-to-day business operations. N
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Excellent Communication especially while replying to emails. N
A willingness to work across shifts and work weeks. N
Basic knowledge of Mac and PC navigation. N
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. N
Resilient, resourceful,optimistic, and energetic
Should be familiar working with Excel. N
Demonstrating ethics and integrity. N
