We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation built within a Chartered Accountancy firm, bringing hands-on expertise in end-to-end accounting, statutory audits, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting: Maintaining day-to-end books of accounts, processing journal entries, and ensuring bank reconciliations are accurate.
Audit: Assisting in Statutory and Internal Audits, Tax Audits; preparing audit checklists and maintaining necessary documentation/vouching.
GST Compliance: Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), reconciling GSTR-2A/2B with books, and staying updated on recent notifications.
Income Tax: Assisting in the preparation of Tax Audit reports, filing Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and firms, and handling TDS/TCS computations and filings.
Finalization: Aiding in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and various financial MIS reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4–5 years of experience strictly within a CA Firm.
Education:



B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA.
Software Proficiency: Strong command over Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Government Tax Portals and Tax Softwares.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Accounting Standards, GST laws, and Income Tax provisions.
Communication: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; functional English for professional correspondence.
