We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Hindi Trainer to provide Hindi language training to employees. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that improve employees’ Hindi communication, speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Hindi language training sessions for employees at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Develop training materials, lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
Improve employees’ Hindi speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Conduct interactive activities, role plays, discussions, and practical communication exercises.
Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Customize training programs based on employees’ roles and learning requirements.
Maintain attendance, training records, assessment results, and progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Excellent command of Hindi language – speaking,



reading, and writing.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience as a Hindi Trainer, Language Trainer, Teacher, or Corporate Trainer.
Ability to train employees with different levels of Hindi proficiency.

Preferred Experience
2–5 years of experience in Hindi language training, preferably in a corporate setting.
Experience in employee communication or soft-skills training will be an advantage.
