Business Systems Analyst – ITAMExperience: 7+ yearsLocation: Hyderabad Role: Functional Business AnalystJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with solid experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to support the migration of IT asset management processes from SAP to ServiceNow.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze functional requirements for SAP-to-ServiceNow ITAM migration.Work as a bridge between SAP, ServiceNow teams, and business stakeholders.Define data/field mapping, user mapping, catalog migration, and integration requirements.Support migration strategy, including direct or hybrid approaches.Work primarily on ServiceNow HAM (80%) and SAM (20%).Support functional testing, UAT, and migration validation.Requirements7+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.Robust ServiceNow HAM & SAM expertise.Good SAP and SAP-to-ServiceNow migration experience.Robust understanding of ITAM processes, data mapping, and integrations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Note: This is a functional BA role, not a ServiceNow developer role.
