Job Summary

Crop Mentor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Field Agronomist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting farmers, providing crop-related technical guidance, promoting agricultural products, developing farmer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit farmers, dealers, retailers and agricultural fields regularly.
Provide technical guidance on crop nutrition, crop protection and farm management.
Identify crop diseases, pest problems and nutrient deficiencies and suggest appropriate solutions.
Conduct field demonstrations and product trials.
Promote and demonstrate the company's agricultural products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Collect market feedback, competitor information and farmer requirements.
Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for farmer support.




Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Eligibility
B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Agronomy / M.Sc. Agriculture or related qualification.
Freshers can apply.
0–3 years of experience in agronomy, agri-inputs, field sales or a related field will be preferred.
Good knowledge of crops, fertilizers, pesticides, plant nutrition and crop protection.
Good communication and farmer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural and agricultural areas.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
