Job Title: TEAL-Head-HRBP (Factory)

We are currently seeking a Factory HR Business Partner to join our team. As the TEAL-Head-HRBP, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the factory setting. This role requires a skilled individual who can effectively partner with factory leadership to drive HR initiatives and support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with factory leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for factory employees
Conduct training and development programs for factory staff




Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a factory setting
Solid knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
